Tim Wood

Tim Wood is a part-time Lecturer at the University of Cumbria, working 2 days weekly. With a background in diagnostic microbiology and extensive experience in secondary education, he focuses on mentoring trainee teachers in Physics and Biology. His academic focus includes the development of trainee teachers' practical skills through school placements and theoretical training integration. He currently supports trainees via subject days and school alliances.
