Tim Taylor is a Sessional Instructor in the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences at Mount Royal University with over 40 years of industrial experience. He holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Alberta.
His teaching focuses on pollution prevention and applying industrial processes to environmental problem-solving. Taylor previously worked at Gulf Canada and Petro-Canada, where he served as Team Leader for EH&S and volunteered for educational initiatives including Mount Royal's Young Innovators Award.
