Tim Scheu

Dr. Tim Scheu is an Associate Professor of Real Estate in the Department of Finance and Commercial Law at Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Illinois State University. His research focuses on real estate finance and urban economics, with publications in journals such as the Journal of Real Estate Research and the Journal of Urban Economics. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
