Tim Saunders

Tim Saunders serves as a Clinical Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, a position he has held since joining the institution in 2011. Prior to this appointment, he was a faculty member at the University of Southern California's Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry from 1996 until his retirement in 2010, following a distinguished 24-year career in the United States Air Force where he practiced and taught prosthodontics until retiring in 1995.

His academic foundation includes a D.D.S. from Creighton University School of Dentistry (1972), a General Practice Residency at Scott Medical Center (1973), and advanced residency training in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Mayo Clinic (1974-1977).
