Tim McKenzie

Tim McKenzie is a Master Teacher and Teaching Professor in the UABTeach program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He holds an EdS in Teacher Leadership from the University of Montevallo and degrees in Elementary Education from UAB. His career includes middle school mathematics teaching, serving as a mathematics coach at Irondale Middle School, and roles on the Continuous Improvement Leadership Team and Jefferson County Math Curriculum Committee. He also contributed to the Greater Birmingham Math Partnership and taught at Helena Middle School while participating in the Shelby County Technology Academy.
