Tim Müller is a social scientist and junior research group leader at the Berlin Institute for Empirical Integration and Migration Research (BIM) at Humboldt University of Berlin. He currently leads the BMAS-funded 'Migration and the Welfare State' group and previously directed the 'Determinants of Radicalization-Related Resilience in Adolescence' project (concluded in 2022). His research focuses on applied quantitative studies in migration, integration, radicalization prevention, and educational inequality. He holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Oxford (2013), following a Diploma in Social Sciences from the University of Mannheim.
