Tim Ederer is Assistant Professor of Economics at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School, specializing in labor economics and econometrics. His research examines teacher labor markets, spatial sorting dynamics, and matching mechanisms in employment contexts.
Current projects investigate structural inequality in teacher compensation systems and develop empirical frameworks for many-to-one matching markets. Previously a Saieh Fellow at University of Chicago, he earned his PhD from Toulouse School of Economics.
