Dr. Tim Benbow is a Professor of Strategic Studies at King's College London, affiliated with the Defence Studies Department within the School of Security Studies. He holds a PhD from the University of Oxford and has held academic positions at Oxford, Britannia Royal Naval College, and King's. His research focuses on naval strategy, British defence policy, and military history from the Second World War to the present. Benbow has authored numerous books and articles on topics including naval aviation, amphibious warfare, and the Royal Navy's strategic role post-1945.
