Dr. Tim Anstiss is a medical doctor specializing in behaviour change and wellbeing improvement. He is a skilled trainer in Motivational Interviewing and has trained thousands of healthcare professionals, managers, and coaches globally. He is currently affiliated with the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine as an adviser, contributing to initiatives like Moving Medicine and the Active Conversations course.
