Tijana Rajkovic

Tijana Rajkovic is Associate Professor of Finance at San José State University's Lucas College of Business, where she serves as Director of the MS in Financial Analytics program and Co-Director of the Center for Banking and Financial Services.

Her research examines how managerial social capital influences corporate policies, risk-taking, and international finance outcomes. Recent work analyzes connections between executive networks, dividend policies, and cross-border M&A success.
