Tiina Lindfors is a Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki. She is affiliated with the Doctoral Programme in School, Education, Society and Culture and the Research and Training Group for Educational Leadership KAJO. Additionally, she works as an Education Planning Officer for the City of Espoo.
Her research focuses on Educational Sciences, with particular interest in Teacher Training, Educational Leadership, and Professional Development.
