Tiffany Berry is a Research Professor and core faculty member at Claremont Graduate University (CGU) in the Division of Behavioral & Organizational Sciences. Specializing in educational program evaluation and developmental psychology, she teaches in the concentrations of Positive Developmental Psychology and Evaluation and Applied Research Methods, supervising both master’s and doctoral students. As Associate Director of the Claremont Evaluation Center (CEC), she conducts comprehensive evaluations of youth-focused programs, emphasizing the integration of developmental science with practical implementation.
Her research examines program effectiveness in after-school environments, college readiness initiatives, social-emotional learning, and K–12 curricular reforms. She partners with major educational entities like LA’s BEST, Los Angeles Unified School District, and the California Department of Education to develop quality improvement systems. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with real-world practice through continuous evaluation cycles.
