Tian-Chyi Jim Yeh

Tian-Chyi Jim Yeh is Professor of Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Arizona. His research develops advanced methods for characterizing subsurface heterogeneity and modeling fluid/contaminant transport.

Current work integrates geophysical techniques with machine learning for high-resolution aquifer characterization and predictive modeling. Research applications address groundwater management, contamination remediation, and climate impact assessment.

Recent publications focus on deep learning approaches for karst systems, neural network-based inverse modeling, and geostatistical analysis of infiltration processes.
