Thushara John

Thushara John is a Health Outcomes Researcher II at the Center for Outcomes Research & Evaluation (CORE) within Yale School of Medicine and Yale-New Haven Hospital (YNHH) as a Staff Affiliate. Her expertise spans healthcare management, project management, and quality improvement initiatives. She holds a Master’s in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University, Boston. She is certified in Patient Experience Leadership by the Beryl Institute.

Her research interests focus on patient/provider engagement, regulatory compliance, and population health strategies. She leads initiatives such as Patient/Member Advisory Committee operations and performance improvement projects. Her work emphasizes translating research into actionable health management practices.
