Thu D. Nguyen

Thu D. Nguyen is a distinguished Professor and currently serves as the Dean of Mathematical and Physical Sciences at the School of Arts and Sciences, Rutgers University. She holds a faculty position in the Department of Computer Science where she has made significant contributions to research and education.

Her research interests span multiple domains within computer science, with a particular focus on Datacenters, Sustainability, Computer Systems, Approximate Computing, and Computer Science Education. Dr. Nguyen leads the Computer and Networked Systems research group, where her team investigates innovative approaches to energy-efficient computing and data management.
