Prof. Dr. Thorsten Papenbrock is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Philipps-Universität Marburg, leading the Big Data Analytics research group. He also holds an affiliation with the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) as a Senior Researcher. His research focuses on data management, scalable systems, distributed computing, and environmentally friendly applications.
