Thomas W. Brewer is a Professor of Health Policy and Management at Kent State University's College of Public Health. He holds a PhD in Criminal Justice (University at Albany, 2003) and an M.Jur. in Health Law (Loyola University Chicago, 2016). As a founding faculty member of the College of Public Health, he previously served as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Academic Affairs (2002–2013) and currently leads the Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Compliance.
