Thomas Spencer is an Academic Advisor at the College of the Liberal Arts, Penn State University. Previously, he served as a Teaching Professor in the Intensive English Communication Program (IECP), where he developed language programs and managed student advising, focusing on international student transitions. He holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education, an M.A. in TESL, and a B.A. in Education from The Evergreen State College.
