Thomas Shea

Thomas Shea is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at the University of Connecticut's Hartford campus. He specializes in Modern Irish Literature and Contemporary Irish Literature, with a particular focus on the literary traditions of the Blasket Island Writers (Tomás Ó Criomhthain, Peig Sayers, Muiris Ó Súilleabháin) and broader themes in The Novel and Modern British Literature.
