Thomas Roulet

Thomas Roulet is Associate Professor of Organizational Theory and Deputy Director of the MBA program at Cambridge University's Judge Business School. His research examines sociological and psychological dimensions of organizations, including leadership biases, invisible stigmas, and diversity policies. Current investigations address hybrid work models, 'silent quitting,' and mental health challenges in post-pandemic workplaces.

Teaching responsibilities include MBA courses on leadership and organizational behavior, adapted to incorporate contemporary issues like Black Lives Matter and remote work dynamics. He co-directs King's College Cambridge incubator and maintains affiliations with Audencia Business School as an international faculty member.
