Thomas Roche

Professor Thomas Roche is the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Quality) and Dean of SCU College at Southern Cross University, Australia. He leads strategic education quality initiatives, including the Southern Cross Model—an immersive block learning approach—and oversees academic integrity and scholarship of teaching frameworks. As Dean, he manages enabling, diploma, and ELICOS pathways for diverse student groups, including international, low-SES, and regional/remote learners.
