Thomas Ortmeyer is a Research Professor at Clarkson University's Coulter School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, affiliated with the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering and the Center for Electric Power System Research (CEPSR). He holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University (1980, 1977, 1972).
