Thomas Ohno-Machado is a Lecturer of Writing in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences at George Washington University. He teaches UW1020: Linguistic Landscapes of Opportunity, exploring rhetoric and the American Dream.
He holds an MA in English from Georgetown University, an MS in Special Education from National University, and a BA in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego. Previously, he worked as a special education teacher for high school students and young adults.
