Thomas Nicol

Thomas Nicol is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, University of Oxford. His research focuses on the role of Calhm2 in the metabolism of the heart, specifically investigating mitochondrial metabolic switching in the post-natal heart and its implications for cardiomyocyte differentiation and congenital heart defects. He is affiliated with the Smart Group and Heather Group at Oxford.
