Thomas Magnusson

Thomas Magnusson is a Professor at Halmstad University and Linköping University. He holds roles as Director of Studies for Halmstad's doctoral program in innovation science and teaches in the Master's program in Industrial Organization and Innovation. His research focuses on Environmentally Driven Innovation and Sustainability Transformations, particularly in transport and energy systems. He is actively involved with the Biogas Research Center and Swedish Electromobility Center, national competence centers funded by the Swedish Energy Agency. His teaching emphasizes theory-practice integration and interactivity, often using cases from his own research.

Thomas is also affiliated with the Project Forum and the Sustainability Transitions Research Network. His work bridges academia and practice, fostering synergies between research and education.
