Thomas Heiden is an Adjunct Professor teaching Trial Advocacy at Cornell Law School and Georgetown University. Former Global Chair of Product Liability and Mass Torts at Latham & Watkins, he retired in 2022 after trying high-profile cases involving nuclear plants, sports litigation, and industrial accidents.
With a BA (Notre Dame) and JD (Cornell), his practice spanned toxic torts, energy disputes, and class actions. He coached championship hockey and contributed to legal education through the Practising Law Institute.
