Thomas Haack

Prof. Thomas Haack is a Professor of Corporate Law at the Department of Economics, West Coast University of Applied Sciences. He holds the Vice Presidency for Teaching, Internal Organization, and Digitalization. His roles include overseeing the Bachelor's program in Business Law and serving on key committees such as the University Senate and Appeals Committee. His research focuses on labor law, European labor law, compliance, governance of the energy industry, and legal philosophy. He is affiliated with the HRK research focus on 'Human Behaviour at Work and in Leisure Time.'
