Thomas Greve is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE) and serves as external faculty at MIT's Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research (CEEPR). Previously, he held positions as University Lecturer at the University of Cambridge and Oxford Martin Fellow in Economics at the University of Oxford. His government advisory work includes regulatory consulting for the Danish government, UK's Ofgem, and National Grid.
