Thomas Frame

Dr. Thomas Frame is a Lecturer in the Department of Meteorology at the University of Reading, serving as MSc Programme Director and Director of Postgraduate Taught for the School of Mathematical, Computational and Physical Sciences. His research focuses on predictability, ensemble forecasting, atmospheric dynamics, and statistical methods. He leads the FORecasting for SouthEast Asia (FORSEA) project and supervises postdoctoral researchers and PhD students. He holds an editorial role at the Quarterly Journal of the Royal Meteorological Society. His recent work includes studies on North Pacific jet trends, Southeast Asian weather patterns, and probabilistic precipitation forecasting.
