Thomas Dooley is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Western States. He holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling (2014) and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Philosophy (2011), all from Western Oregon University. His professional roles include vocational rehabilitation, private practice, community mental health, and counselor education since 2016. He is licensed as an Oregon LPC and certified as a CRC (Board Certified Rehabilitation Counselor).
His expertise spans biopsychosocial impacts of medical illness, chronic pain, disability, workplace accommodations, and disability law. Professional affiliations include the Catholic Psychotherapist Association and American Counseling Association.
