Thomas Dierker is a Researcher at the Department of Social Work, MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® since 2022, concurrently serving as an Academic Assistant and Project Manager. He holds a Dr. phil. in Educational Science (Free University of Berlin, ongoing) and completed a Master of Arts in Social Work, Social Policy & Management (MCI, 2020). His research focuses on digitalization challenges in social organizations, AI applications in social work, and participatory methodologies. He has led a major research project (2021-2025) funded by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) on digital solutions for social welfare planning.
Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Organizational Pedagogy (Hildesheim University, 2017) and graduate school participation in Transnational Social Support (2016-2017). He teaches BA programs in Social Work and Social, Health & Public Management at MCI.
