Thomas Collins

Thomas Collins is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting & Finance at the University of Limerick's Kemmy Business School. He directs the National Centre for Taxation Studies and teaches International Tax Issues, Advanced Tax Issues, and Transfer Pricing.

His research focuses on international tax, business succession, and transaction taxes, informed by 27 years of experience in Big4 tax practices (PwC, Deloitte, EY). He co-authored submissions to Ireland's Commission on Taxation and has presented at global conferences like ECEG. He serves as an external examiner at University College Cork and course director for the upcoming Professional Diploma in Contemporary Taxation.
