Thomas Barnay is a Full Professor of Economics at Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne (UPEC), France. He serves as the Head of the Master's Degree in Health Economics and co-leads the Health Economics and Public Health pillar at EUR LIVE. Previously, he held visiting professorships at Harvard University (2021-2022) and Northeastern University (2022-2024) and was a French Harkness Fellow in Health Care Policy.
