Thomais Massala

Thomais Massala is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of Bath. Her research focuses on pension reform, public policy, and financialization of social protection systems. She has contributed to major studies on UK pension reforms from 1997 to 2015, examining policy processes, stakeholder engagement, and institutional contexts.
