Thom Mayne is Distinguished Faculty in Design Studio at SCI-Arc and founder of Morphosis Architects. A Pritzker Prize laureate and AIA Gold Medal recipient, his career spans experimental design and architectural education since 1972.
Professional honors include:

- Over 100 AIA Awards
- Appointment to President's Committee on Arts and Humanities (2009)
As co-founder of SCI-Arc, he has significantly influenced architectural pedagogy through interdisciplinary approaches to spatial design and urban systems.
