Theres Rathmanner

Theres Rathmanner is a Researcher at the Institute of Health Sciences, St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences (since February 2023). She holds a PhD in Medical Science (Public Health focus) from the Medical University of Vienna and a diploma in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Vienna. Her work emphasizes sustainable nutrition, public health, and health education. Previously, she directed the nutrition education project 'School of Food' at FiBL Austria (2014–2023), consulted for the Catholic University of Mozambique (2010–2012), and has been a self-employed nutritionist since 2003.
