Theodore Perkins

Dr. Theodore Perkins is a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Medicine, with a cross-appointment to the Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine. He serves as Senior Scientist at The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute.

His research focuses on bioinformatics, machine learning, and gene regulatory networks in stem cell and cancer biology. The Perkins Lab develops computational methods for analyzing high-content imaging and high-throughput genomic data.
