Dr. Theodore F. Cockle is a Lecturer and Program Director of the Leadership Studies Minor at Baylor University, where he has served since 2023. As a Resident Scholar at Baylor’s Center for School Leadership, his work bridges theological inquiry with practical applications in higher education.
His research focuses on how Christian faith can animate leadership and education. He has contributed to peer-reviewed journals like Christian Higher Education and co-authored the book Christ-Enlivened Student Affairs (ACU Press, 2020), with another forthcoming. His work has been supported by a $2.7M Templeton grant examining virtue formation in college students.
