About
Themis R. Kyriakides is a Professor of Pathology at Yale University, affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine. He holds a PhD from Washington State University (1993) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington. His research focuses on cellular and molecular mechanisms governing inflammation, angiogenesis, and tissue regeneration in response to biomaterials. Key areas include thrombospondin-2 (TSP-2) regulation, extracellular matrix interactions, and development of bioengineered materials for medical applications.
