Prof. Dr. Teus van Laar is a Professor of Neurology specializing in advanced treatment of Parkinson's disease at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Medical Sciences, Department of Neurology. He holds additional unpaid roles including Director of the Parkinson's Disease Platform Northern Netherlands and board member of the Dutch Parkinson Scientists.
