Dr. Terry Payne is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Authority (SFHEA) at the University of Liverpool's Faculty of Science and Engineering. With over 30 years of research in agent-based computing and knowledge systems, he has published 195+ peer-reviewed papers. His current work explores dialogue-based ontological alignment for IoT environments and generative AI applications in education.
