Terry Kramer is an Adjunct Professor and Faculty Director of the Easton Technology Management Center at UCLA Anderson School of Management. He teaches foundational courses on Technology Innovation and Strategy and Technology and Society, while leading global immersion programs in the Greater Asia region. Kramer also serves on advisory boards for RapidSOS, Revilco, and as Advisory Board Chair of Harvard Business School’s California Research Center, alongside his role on UCLA’s Economics Department Board of Visitors.
- Education: B.A. in Economics (cum laude, 1982) from UCLA; MBA (1986) from Harvard University.
His research and teaching focus on technology management, disruptive innovation, and societal impacts of technology, including data privacy, antitrust, and the future of work. He has contributed to global policy discussions on internet governance and cybersecurity as U.S. Ambassador to the World Conference on International Telecommunications (2012). Kramer’s career spans executive roles at Vodafone, AirTouch, and PacTel, with leadership experience in eight countries. He co-founded a family foundation emphasizing education and health services.
