Terry Humphreys

Terry Humphreys is a Professor and Director of the Psychology Graduate Program at Trent University. He holds a B.A. from the University of Waterloo, an M.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Guelph. His research focuses on sexology, social psychology, and communication, particularly examining sexual consent, first sexual experiences, and technology-mediated sexual behavior. He directs the Sexual Consent and Communication Lab (SCC Lab) and is open to supervising MSc students for 2025-2026.
