Terrance Cotter

Terrance Cotter is an Honorary Research Professor in the Department of Engineering at the University of New Brunswick. His research primarily focuses on converting Bessel-type polynomials of group delay transfer functions for circulators and identifying patterns in these polynomials.

With a background in electrical engineering education, Professor Cotter has published on pedagogical approaches including graphical presentations of circuit theorems and techniques for teaching current loci concepts. His later work addressed challenges in nuclear power plant operator training.
