Dr. Terje Haukaas is a Professor of Structural & Earthquake Engineering at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Applied Science. He holds a PhD and Master's from UC Berkeley (2003, 1999) and a bachelor's from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (1996).
