Teresa Roca

Teresa Roca is an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University’s Leadership and Human Resource Management Department. She holds a PhD in Philosophy (2005-2011) and has served as a Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern (Nov-Dec 2017). Her research focuses on organizational behavior, sustainable development integration in business education, technopreneurship, and employee engagement in manufacturing contexts. She has collaborated internationally, with research highlighting human relations in organizational citizenship behaviors and continuous improvement programs.
