Professor Teresa Fung holds the Ruby Winslow Linn Endowed Professorship in the Department of Nutrition at Simmons University, where she also serves as Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses. Her research focuses on nutritional epidemiology and diet's role in chronic disease prevention, with a particular emphasis on diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and aging-related conditions. She collaborates with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as an Adjunct Professor and serves on the U.S. Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (2023-2025).
