Terah Moore

Terah Moore is a Professor in the Education Department at The College of Idaho, where she has taught since 2012. She specializes in educational research, curriculum design, elementary pedagogy, and bilingual/ESL programs. Moore oversees graduate-level action research and partners with local districts for ESL/bilingual certification training.
