Dr. Tera McIntosh is a faculty member at Antioch University with a PhD in Leadership and Change. She teaches across programs in Management, Business, Human Service Administration, and Leadership, while serving on the Chancellor-appointed Anti-Racism Task Force to promote inclusivity in education. Additionally, she co-chairs the PrideERG at Foresters Financial, supporting LGBTQ+ employees in the U.S., U.K., and Canada.

Her nonprofit work spans coffeehouses, spoken word organizations, and an animal rescue in Asheville, NC, reflecting her passion for community-driven change.
