Teodor Yankov

Teodor Yankov is a Researcher at the Oxford Internet Institute (University of Oxford), with dual roles as a Research Assistant and former MSc student. His work bridges science, AI, and policy, focusing on network science, climate change, and migration. He contributes to the World Data Lab, analyzing UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to climate, migration, and financial inclusion. Co-founder of YouBee, a health-tech startup using AI for mental health assessment, he also advises governments and international bodies like the UN.

Research interests include graph machine learning, LLMs, narrative modeling, and algorithm benchmarking. His projects involve developing tools like MigNar (a synthetic benchmark for narrative extraction) and NarrAI (a novel CNE algorithm).
